if your host has a cPanel, and along with it has Fantastico, search WordPress (categorized as blog software I guess) and with a few clicks you’d able to install WordPress instantly

if you’re referring to themes (CSS), you could search for wordpress themes for free in the internet, they’re almost all around up for grabs

I don’t know of any way to do this just from the page options available, but it’s usually pretty easy to edit your theme to add this tab.

In the admin tool, go to the Presentation section, then to the Theme Editor sub-section. The part you want to edit is the Main Index Template.

Once you have this open, you should see something like the following code a few lines down:

1) Download the WordPress install zip
2) Modify the config file to match your DB details
3) Upload
4) Run the installer
5) Done.

You can download free wordpress templates from all over the place, and then tweak them to suit your needs.

Just edit the themes directly. In most themes, you can edit the header.php, index.php, footer.php, and sidebar.php

YOu need to edit index.php, pages.php and single.php (or home.php) Anything in the sidebar: sidebar.php. Depending on your theme, possibly header.php. You’ll need to play around to see what works best, but those are the core files.

Make sure to keep a backup of the original.

ping? Ping just sends a packet to a server and waits for a response, I don’t know how pinging wordpress would be different than pinging any other website. If you’re asking if you can have the same ip address then no.
